Nintendo unveils Wii MotionPlus
Videogame company Nintendo has introduced an accessory designed to make Wii controllers more sensitive.
The gadget, which may be of interested to those in sales jobs who are keen to spend their commission, is called MotionPlus.
Details of the accessory were disclosed at an E3 Media and Business Summit, which was held in Los Angeles today (July 15th).
Commenting on its new offering, Nintendo said: "Every slight movement players make with their wrist or arm is rendered identically in real time on the screen."
The Wii MotionPlus attaches to the end of the Wii Remote and allows for the more comprehensive tracking of a player's arm positions.
According to the firm, it provides an "unmatched level" of precision for games enthusiasts.
The successor to the Nintendo GameCube, the Wii is targeted at a broader demographic than the company's previous offerings and was released in 2006.
