Combination of postal and digital marketing 'can boost sales'

Firms can enhance their success by combining direct, postal marketing campaigns with digital channels, it has been suggested.

In advice that may be of relevance to people with sales jobs, Mark Power, the chief executive officer of Concep, said that "integration is the only way forward".

He stated: "The people who get it right will be the ones who have systems and processes, [as well as] marketing strategies, that allow them to get the right content to the right people at the right time, frequency and channel."

The expert added that "old school" marketing techniques should not be forgotten as a means of boosting sales.
