Sales staff reputation serves them well

A group of retail sales staff have bounced back from the news that their employer was going into administration, after local businesses tried to recruit them because of their great reputation.

People looking for sales jobs could be inspired by the story of the former Garlands workers who NEbusiness.co.uk reported, impressed businesses in the area with their great sales and customer service skills.

InfoServe sales director Mark Riley, who is one of the bosses looking to recruit the sales workers, stated that the Garlands staff impressed during interviews.

"Garlands was an in-bound call centre, we are out-bound media sales but there are parallels with customer focus and communication. Our managers were very impressed, candidates were enthusiastic, despite what had happened earlier in the week," he said.

Insurance and investment firm LV= recently gave a boost to people looking for financial sales jobs by announcing it is recruiting staff in cities such as Bournemouth, London, Huddersfield, Hitchin and Bristol.

Aaron Wallis has a dedicated retail sales team filling sales vacancies across a wide spectrum of the retail industry. Offering a 12 month rebate scheme, Aaron Wallis provides a retail recruitment service that is second to none. Aaron Wallis is a UK based sales recruitment agency.
