Cloud computing 'providing sales recruitment opportunities'

The rise of cloud computing in the recruitment process is providing sales job candidates with greater opportunities, it has been claimed.

Richard Nott, website director of CWJobs, explained that cloud computing is changing the face of the recruitment industry, with the majority of companies believing that the technology will lead to the creation of more IT sales jobs.

He was speaking at the Breakfast Briefing in central London, which explored how the rise of cloud computing is expected to impact IT jobs in the capital and the rest of the UK.

"As cloud computing is a trend that's front of mind for jobseekers and recruiters, it is encouraging to see that IT professionals recognise the career opportunities emerging from it," Mr Nott explained.

It comes after Tim Vye, divisional director at Reed Finance, recently predicted that attitudes will begin to change in sales recruitment, with the balance of power "returning to the jobseeker".

For both hardware and software sales jobs call an Aaron Wallis IT sales recruitment consultant. The Aaron Wallis IT sales recruitment service includes skills testing, personality questionnaires and 12 months rebate as standard.
